The 6th week "Description"

 

         On 9th February 2015.In this class,teacher asked me
 to work in group.First,we described the picture about Komodo Dragon.Topics have type,appearance,diet/food,size,and habitat.Then,teacher described body parts about an ant in sheet.After that,I read each description text and answered the questions.Next, I mathed each word with the correct meaning.Finally,I watched video about Kylie's secrets and teacher ordered homework.

     In this class,I though that description Komodo Dragon picture is very enjoyable but my problem is I don't know vocabulary about description so I will develop about my memory skill more and more.
      My attitude for this class is attempt because I try to describe about Komodo Dragon although I don't know vocabulary about description.

The 5th week "Narratives 2 "

Narratives(the week 5)

 

    On 2nd February 2015.First,teacher gave us to make 7 groups.a group 5-6 people and we discussed about Kylie's story part 2 and report to the class.After,teacher ordered us to write own feeling about the story.In my opinion,I felt sad about this story because
I think Kylie is a pity girl and I realize children problem is the most problem in family then,teacher gave us to write about feeling for Kylie.Kylie's mother,and Philip.Our group have only one different opinion thing that he admired Kylie because she can get through a lot of thing by herself ant the rest think they felt sorry for Kylie because no one pay attention to her.For Kylie's mother,we have the same opinion.We disapproved of Kylie's mother because she doesn't even thing about take care Kylie.For Philip,we have the same opinion,we dislike he because he always hit Kylie although she was just a child.

     
      After that,teacher ordered us to do exercises.It's easy for me because I understood about the structure of past simple tense,but my problem is few vocabulary so I will read the vocabulary books everyday.My attitude for this class is the unity.   

The 4th week "Narratives"

          On 26th January 2015.The teacher started with sample text of narrative then,she described about language features in simple text,taught Tom's secret,described meaning of graph and worked in pair to compare oneself and friend with graph.

After that,she gave us to make 9 groups by a group has 4 people thus,I read the passage in first part about Kylie's story and report to the class.Next,I worked in group for complete summary of first part of the story by adding short sentences and use present simple tense.

In my opinion,it's difficult for me because I don't know meaning of vocabulary in this story so I will intend to study and to read more and more vocabulary books.My attitude for this class is it make me to get many vocabulary.

The Third week "Recount 2"

        In the afternoon on 12th January 2015.I started to studied from in the last morning because teacher compensated the next class,
she was busy.Then,she gave us to make group by a group has 5 people.My group wrote a writing about "The memory of friendship".It's a boy's story with his his friendship to a girl friend.

On my opinion writing is difficult for me and it's my problem so I should improve my self in all skill such as reading,writing,speaking and listening.Finally,I thought it might be better if I can remember and write vocabulary more than right now. 

The second week "Recount"

          In morning on 12th January 2015. I studied about unit 2 (Recount) and warm-up some activities then,teacher gave us to make group.A group has 5 people and I watched a video about Hockey that it's storytelling.After,I did to rearrange scrambled sentences and identified genre of text and discourse markers.At the time,I thought it's difficult but I understood it then,I read the story and found topic,main ideas and details.

Before I found topic,main ideas and details of story,I had to analyse them but my problems is a few vocabulary and no concentration so I had to intend to read and improved my self.Finally,teacher gave me to find the meaning of expression.In my opinion,studying of this lesson makes me to can to remember a lot of vocabulary such as spectator,scenic train and others. 

The first week "Discourse markers"

          On 5th Monday ago, I have just studied about the Discourse Approach in Reading teacher. It was the first week for me so I was excited that my hands shake and I met Dr. Usa Noytim. I thought that she is kind but I am afraid because this course is very difficult. Then,she introduced herself and the course e.g. course description , aim , objectives , content , teaching and learning activities , evaluation and assessment , learning materials. Next, she described 5 domains of learning.

      I thought nothing is an easy for me! because it is my first week and I don"t know about this course as well as new vocabulary and some conjunction.
     Problems in the first week for me have so much such as meaning of words , new vocabulary, new conjunction , reading and pronunciation because vocabulary in this course is difficult for me and some word is hard to translate. Sometimes my reading has problem is  I couldn't pronounce and exercise is difficult for me so I will improve my self.

           My attitudes to wards the lesson was I thought I got knowledge about conjunction more and more from discourse makers and I knew about how to write weblogs and also new vocabulary.
           Finally, I would like to learn about conjunction and do exercise for I can use in my daily life. :)

Dear Diary,

       

Woww!!!  Today is Saturday.I got up late about 9 o'clock because I have no class.I felt very cheerful ^__^ so today was my relaxday after 5 days ago,I had had no rest.I told myself that today I'll cleared all my homework.Fighting Fighting !!! but I didn't do my homework because Evez called me she said that "You must go to Big C with me for have lunch " Okay! So I quickly brushed my teeth,washed my face and took a bath.I put on T-shirt that it's my favorite shirt and my favorite jeans.After that,I went to Big C with Evez by bus.During the way,Thanks God! I met my old friend on the bus.Her name's Ploy,I remembered well because she is my best friend at high school,now she study at Suansunanta Rajabhat University.We talked with study and new friends until we arrived at Big C so I and Evez went to the 2 floors for had lunch at food court,I ate noodles,Evez ate fried rice.Then,we ate ice-cream at Swensen.It was a good time :) and we walked shopping for 1 hour.

"I wanted to see movie!" Evez said. "Good Idea 555+" I said. So we went to cinema.It's the 3 floors.We wanted to see Tookae-Ruk-Pang-Mak. OMG!!! we couldn't to see its because it'll show about at 5 p.m. I think I don't have the bus for go back to my dorm.It's so sad :(. Therefore we went back to the dorm.I arrived my dorm at 3.15 p.m.and Evez went back to the her dorm.I was utterly exhausted so I nap ('_')Zzz  I woke up at 4.30 p.m. I washed my cloths and cleaned my room.Then,I started to do my homework.While I was doing my homework,I missed my family so I called my mom.At 6.30 p.m. I ate dinner alone.It's not delicious because I ate alone! :( I started to do my homework again at 7.20 p.m.until at about 9 p.m. I took a bath and got dressed.I felt lonely :( so I watched TV with a little hope that "not lonely" but it couldn't to help me.
